The city of Wiesbaden commissioned us to revamp a piece of commercially available but awkwardly shaped land in downtown Wiesbaden to a new conference center. The main requirement for the space was to be modern but flexible so that it could cater to as many different fields as possible. 

Raptor XL is a high-performance pressure sandblasting booth.

It is characterized by an exit, rich equipment and maximum use of the outlet for work.

The Raptor cabin is standardly equipped with a filtration system with automatic pneumatic filter cleaning.

Cold gas dynamic spray Raptor Hypersonic

The spray applicator was used to fill gaps in various materials, it worked great, for example, in the case of aluminum rims. Using this technology, it is possible to provide a cavity that does not heat the sputtered element. After spraying, the surface is suitable for grinding or turning and does not have pores, so no craters are created on the surface of the element after processing.

Raptor brand shot blasting chambers are made of the highest quality components, ensuring safe and failure-free operation.

The Raptor XL chamber, thanks to its ergonomic chamber and rotating table, provides us with exceptionally pleasant working conditions.

Thanks to the pressure device, we obtain maximum sandblasting efficiency in relation to the air used. We can use any type of abrasive, including steel shot, which is the most aggressive abrasive, but thanks to the fully rubberized working surface, the Raptor chamber is resistant to it.

The built-in filter unit with a very powerful fan with a capacity of 20m/s ensures good visibility and perfectly separates abrasive particles and any impurities arising during the processing of elements, while the appropriately selected size of the filter chamber and automatic pneumatic cleaning ensures maximum durability of the filter cartridge itself.

The advantage of the Raptor XL chamber over other devices from competing companies is its large chamber, which allows for easy maneuvering of workpieces without removing them from the chamber, and extensive equipment:

The instantaneous work counter will measure for you how much time you worked on a given detail.

Machine operating hours counter, thanks to which you will know when to replace consumables.

Cabina Raptor LH

Raptor LH shower cabins are equipped with a cartridge filtration system with pneumatic filter cleaning. The filtration system is located in the lower part of the cabin, just below the work table.

Additionally, the cabin is equipped with a recovery system, thanks to which we will significantly reduce the costs of spraying materials.
